Not the best, but a nice ending to the meal. Dessert was a flourless chocolate lava cake with berries and that was yummy too. My filet was THICK and somehow still cooked perfectly all the way through. Everything was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. WE had a group of 6 and between us we ordered the filet minion (Milton style which means your steak is topped with crab, asparagus and a cream sauce, so decadent) the beef Wellington, the Australian rack of lamb, tomahawk steak, lobster tail, crab bisque, mushroom soup, and curried cauliflower. Once you grab a drink you can take it with you into any area and into any show, and there are several bars through out the Castle. It's $25 per person for the entrance fee which isn't too bad considering you get to see lots of shows. You can immediately grab a drink and start exploring. Once you've found a kind soul to invite you, you choose a dinner time and the doors open at 4:45. The first two things you need to know are, there is a strict dress code, and you can only visit by being invited by a member.
